NexgenRx Inc. was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) in 2003 by its founder and current President and Chief Executive Officer, Ronald C. Loucks.

On Sept. 7, 2006, NexgenRxTM Inc. completed an Initial Public Offering, raising approximately $5.2 million, followed by the listing of the common shares of NexgenRxTM Inc. on the TSX-Venture Exchange on Sept. 14, 2006, under the trading symbol NXG.
